Workdays: Monday to Friday minus the federal holidays on their observed dates. A holiday on a Saturday is observed on the Friday before, on a Sunday on the Monday after. Other days are listed for reference only.

Season starts in 2026 are the equinoxes and solstices in Eastern Time: Spring begins on March 20 – March equinox at 10:46 a.m. EDT (U.S. Naval Observatory). Summer begins on June 21 – June solstice at 4:24 a.m. EDT (U.S. Naval Observatory). It is still June 20 in Hawaii.
