Exact source values and converted displays

ISO A0–A10 and B0–B10 use their integer-millimeter reference dimensions. Letter, Legal, and Tabloid / Ledger use exact inch dimensions. Alternate units are derived locally with the exact international conversion 1 inch = 25.4 mm. A leading ≈ means the selected decimal display was rounded; it does not change the stored source dimensions.

The ISO catalog identifies ISO 216:2007 as the current edition after confirmation in 2021 and scopes it to trimmed A and B series sheets. The ANSI overview cross-checks Letter at 8.5 × 11 inches and the 11 × 17 inch ANSI B sheet. The US Government source also shows Letter as 8.5 × 11 inches and a rounded 216 × 279 mm comparison; this tool preserves the exact inch source and derives 215.9 × 279.4 mm instead of substituting those rounded millimeters.
